Aerating, Overseeding & Topdressing

We at Palandjian Landscaping recommend aerating, overseeding, and topdressing, to all of our residential and commercial clients. Aerating breaks up compacted soil to allow nutrients and water to reach the roots of your grass. When paired with overseeding and topdressing we can guarantee a thick, lush, lawn, you are proud of. We use state of the art practices to ensure seed to soil contact, and a nutrient rich environment for grass to germinate. We only use scientifically tested, drought, and disease resistant seed. We only recommend aerating, overseeding, and topdressing in early Fall to ensure seed germination and weed prevention.
